Claudia’s culinary journey began in high school, inspired by her mother’s rich Mississippi heritage and the bold food culture of the Windy City — two of the best places for unforgettable bites. With a sophisticated palate shaped by tasting dishes around the globe, she’s catered events, curated meal preps, and poured her passion into every plate.
